Bringing it all Together

a TAILORED & Distinct Experience

Uniting for an Unparalleled Journey: Leveraging my foundation with a Masters in Social Work, specializing in addiction, family systems, and counseling, I strive to create an exceptional mind-body healing experience. Drawing on over twenty years of experience as a certified trainer and yoga instructor, my skills extend to energy work, specialized movement, and bodywork, encompassing posture support, foam roller techniques, functional training, water bodywork, and guided movements. I integrate breathwork and meditation, complemented by extensive somatic trauma training, recognizing that both the body and mind hold patterns. Utilizing neuroplasticity methods, I aim to enrich the lives of my clients. I am genuinely excited to be a part of your healing process.

Linder’s Unique skills

My journey in my knowledge base is ongoing and extensive studying a holistic approach. I combine the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual parts to find balance in living life. This approach is important because they are all relatable and umbrella by the nervous systems capacity to find regulation to live in peace and ease. After touching a body and dialoguing, I give tools to support the body as needed for structural support or emotional support with my varied educational background  and intuitive skills. We hold space for the heart, soul and spirit in healing and expansion.

I bring unique movement  experiences integrating yoga,  energy medicine, qigong and buddhist techniques. I teach an ongoing class online utilizing these skills. Moving differently we create space to think differently.

I create customized personal retreats while in Sedona with one practitioner (You are usually shuffling from one person to the next, retelling your story why you are seeking out support)

Integrative Mind + Body coaching when you return back home to integrate new skills and practices into your daily life.

LINDER OLESEN IS UNDOUBTEDLY ONE OF THE TOP MASSAGE THERAPISTS THAT I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.

In my late teens, I was trained in a massage therapy training program by an Austrian physiotherapist, and by an American chiropractor. They taught me about European and Swedish massage, skeletal manipulation, light therapy (UV and infrared/diathermy), hydrotherapy, and care for minor athletic injuries such as sprains and strains. All told I was employed in the 1960’s and 1970’s as a massage therapist for seven to eight years. That experience and my later experiences and training in yoga, other forms of bodywork, and working with other massage therapists employed by me in my integrative medicine clinic in Sedona, Arizona as an internal medicine physician over a period of 30 years has given me a wealth of information and experience to draw upon in evaluating massage therapists.

I have known Linder for about 3 years now, and am very impressed with her expertise, talents, technique, and professionalism. Her background as a social worker for many years, and her knowledge and certification in many forms of bodywork, including Somatics, Thai massage, Watsu, Ortho-Bionomy, and training in yoga, qigong, and incorporating her experience in the fitness realm, as well as her natural intuitive and nurturing presence make her one of the premiere and most unique bodywork therapists in the country. I highly recommend her to you with my greatest praise.

Testimonials

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND AM SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR HER HELP.

Linder has played an intrical part in my health this past year. I have multiple sclerosis and receive massage work from her twice a month. She intuitively works my muscles and nerves to release tension build up which then balances out my entire body to help it function so much better. KW in Sedona

HAD 3 SESSION RETREAT WITH LINDER AND I KNEW I NEEDED TO TAKE HER HOME WITH ME TO NASHVILLE.

On my recent trip to Sedona. I found a Gem! Her name is Linder Olesen. She was recommended to me by my daughter who met Linder on a previous visit to Sedona.

Wondering what could possibly help a seventy-something year old Grandma, I made the appointment anyway,

Linder was an unexpected surprise. She educated me on my chakras and helped me realize why I was blocked in some areas. She did a breathwork journey with me and it was amazing, We also did Somatic Experience work which helped me deal with a trauma I experienced from a recent fall.

I had three, 2 hour sessions with Linder and I knew I needed to take her home with me to Nashville. Hence we now meet on zoom for Coaching and she is always there when I need her. She is my secret power and sounding board and she always grounds me!

Linder is professional, focused, caring and well educated. I am so grateful that she came into my life just when I needed her. Sharon D.

FOR YEARS I HAVE BEEN SEEING LINDER

I have Parkinson’s Plus Disease which restricts my mobility. I receive Thai Bodywork from Linder every 2 weeks. Her professional knowledge and experience has helped me immensely. As I have been more fragile, she has been very accommodating to my limited mobility. I have found Linder to be an excellent bodyworker as well as a positive encourager using neuroplasticity skills and Somatic Experiencing tools to help me. I feel very fortunate to have her in my circle of care.

I CURRENTLY LOOK SO FORWARD TO STARTING EVERY WEEK WITH HER ZOOM MONDAY MORNING MOVEMENT AT 7:15 AM PACIFIC TIME.

I’ve been taking yoga and various movement classes unperson and online from Linder for 15 years. She awakens our bodies with her unique and gentle movements stretching & releasing tension in all our joints, spine, hips and Myofascial tissue. It is absoulutelyamazing. By the end of the class my body feels warmed up, stretched, energized already to start the day. AS San Diego
