I integrate acquired skills to support the mind, including relationship attachment skills, while honoring the heart, soul, and spirit throughout our life journey. With a Master's in Social Work, I specialize in addiction, parenting, mental health, and navigating life's various stages. My approach extends support to the body through techniques like somatics, mudras and postures, neuro-repatterning, coupled with visualizations, meditation, breath and spiritual guidance. This comprehensive method offers ongoing support and equips individuals with valuable skills and tools to effectively manage life's stresses.

Utilizing Coaching after a retreat allows for deeper integration of the sessions and bridging home implementation.

A significant majority of adults, more than 75%, grapple with stress, while a substantial 40 million adults contend with anxiety, which is essentially another manifestation of stress. The prevalence of these conditions prompts us to question whether it's a widespread epidemic or a broader pandemic, possibly inherited through family lines. It's crucial to explore resilient strategies. I will guide you in learning body-centered movement techniques to access a fresh approach to living.

Healing and Coping with Trauma in Recovery

I personally embraced 12 Step programs for my own recovery journey at an early age, and I understand that healing from trauma is often an integral aspect of this path. I recognize the intricate connection between the body and the mind in the recovery process. Through coaching, we can work together to set and achieve goals for shaping a brighter future.
