I employ techniques to address and release these somatic imprints of trauma. Traumatic experiences can lead to deeply ingrained beliefs that remain beyond the reach of our conscious mind. In Western culture, the mind and body are often treated separately. Hidden traumas can originate from various sources, including developmental experiences, medical procedures, unexpected shocks like diagnoses or losses, financial difficulties, or any event that profoundly affects our system. The manifestation of these hidden traumas varies from person to person, as it's not just the event itself but how it interacts with other ongoing issues at the time of the shock.
